The confusion is around I&M Bank (Kenya but not listed) and I&M Holdings (listed). IMH is the one that pays dividends to shareholders. Has IMH released results? Check in today's newspaper. Guess the results should be there with all the info the Balance sheet has proposed dividends moving from 1,373 B to 1,447 B. what is missing is the rate per share Calculate the the dividend per share. The the directors of IMH will decide whether to pay dividend to shareholders - after consolidation with all other group companies and & IMH strategy. IMBank paying dividend does NOT mean that IMH will also pay!
