Sonko for Nairobi Governor

The source of the bile between sonko and PK is finally coming out. Maina Kamanda says sonko had asked for 0.5B from PK. There was some type of negotiations and a figure was arrived at by the brokers.
That's why on the 1st deadline, sonko hadn't even bothered to follow up on his certificate of good conduct. He didn't even show up at Jubilee headquarters coz he didn't have any of the requirements.
When they got a one week extension, PK went mteja on sonko. And Sonko realised amecheswo.
BTW, PK is the main guy at Mayfair insurance, Mayfair aviation and now Mayfair bank. His real estate investments are all over the city.
Sonko is a tenant in Runda. Does anyone know something sonko owns. Please don't say the rescue team.

I don't believe that story. Sonko is brighter than that. He didn't go to campus to take a course he hates for 0.5B, Why take 0.5B and Kidero is pocketing 20B a year? The fight is for the bigger catch, Nairobi allocation.
