For me charts have helped me be more patient especially on entry or loading of a stock. When speculating it has been useful when exiting. Lakini when going long it has helped me tame my fears when prices head south.

It has helped me to confirm that insider information is better than any chart out there, but it is still good to check out the chart along with the leaked info
