safCON has to wait for 3months before they lower cross netwok charges...damn!
but they can keep the price low within network if they want to on their super-CONgea.
Now 3G coming from zain/airtel by end june

Zain should have lowered their INTRA network rates those days of Vuka. It would have had better results. They did not entice their vuka customers to call within network.

The 3 bob will only win if they can make all day all night. With this move, Safcon will just adjust the formula in the Supa Ongea and jioni calls will be cheaper. - My 2 cents

Zain guys are cons, they advertise far and wide when lowering their tariffs,in the news, front pages, but they silently adjusting up,or put notifications next to property to let, lost and found columns on paper ama after matangazo ya vifo in KBC.
