Like a vulture you surface only during times of death, to feast on the dead.....You are a despicable beast.

Ama ziko @maka? This has been my question also. Doesn't it make it harder for law enforcers to get a willing suspect-turned-witness in future. I am thinking about the Willie Kimani case. The lady officer who was at the station but who didn't take part in the murder would be a star witness. With her testimony, the other murderers wouldn't stand a chance. But now she is facing same charges with the accused.

I guess the key issue here is the terms of his plea bargain if any, and how it was processed. Until we see a transcript of the proceedings we continue to rely on media reports, which can be tricky. Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu

In this case they seem to have agreed to vacate charging Njuguna with Murder, but instead charge him with aggravated manslaughter. They then went ahead to have him convicted of that (lesser)crime. Now once it is establishes in court that a crime, was committed the province of sentencing belongs to the court as guided by relevant law. I understand the law prescribed a harsher sentence than what the court eventually handed as a result of the mitigation. I may be wrong. Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu

Why did this lady need a team when she could have finished the job alone as evident?

When people say the law is an ass, what they actually mean is the judge is an ass who has a ndogo ndogo and drinks viceroy every day ndethe. This judge has created an anomaly... Next time ngalaka you are motivated to testify you shall say f*** you judge. Witnesses getting lesser sentences is what gets thugs in jail. You can imagine njunge now confessing that he hates Raila and Bigchick is his wife. That can't happen after what this judge did.. By the way, there's still no proof the wife did it. Only hearsay, this witness may turn. After all he's in jail. Upumbavu wa raia wa Kiambu reloaded. Mimi, I can't take a cop who takes hongo of 200 bob for a mathree and 100 bob for a nissan, seriously. How stupid can you be to take a Kenyan policeman in Kenya under this corrupt gov't seriously? The most they can do to you is take you to court. Even kabura is free.... In the meantime the honest fella is going to jail..Kabura, I want to hit that. Like a true hate raila for causing the flue fella. oooppps pole Njunge. But not really...You are like an antirailaquine...hata macho sasa hauna...ni raira raira puked, raira pissed, raira has a big lip.....Yet your Kiambu fella is going to jail for being honest... You can't make this shit up. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

After reading this story, I noticed this "wife" had too much freedom to do what she wanted to do anytime she wanted without any question from the late husband. Is this the women liberation you gguys have been agitating for? Why would your wife be driving herself out at night alone to "buy" sth (actually to.see the off the emn) leaving you (man) in the house waiting for chips....!!!

I agree. This man sounds like he was sat on.From the story the woman was in charge of the relationship. That is why it is her who picked him to go sleep in her house in Kiambu. It is her who was showing him where a plot was being sold in Witeithie, she went to buy chips instead of cooking a home meal for her husband. That story alludes to a loveless marriage where there was little respect for the man. Evil woman she is,hope she is hanged. Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

This case just reveals the level of hurt a spouse goes through when she is cheated on and the lengths she would go to "save the marriage". In Plan A, the lady wanted to deal with the mpango wa kando Mpesa lady i.e "the devil" that was ruining her marriage. But when that did not work out, she embarked on Plan B and decided to deal with the man. Here i see a loving and devoted wife who was greatly betrayed by the husband, a woman who did try to save her marriage but when things didnt work out she said kama mbaya ni mbaya. She couldn't live with the hurt and betrayal. Love makes people do crazy things. Also who knows, maybe the husband may have infected her with some deadly disease. FYI many evil women would hire some thugs to shoot you at the gate, but this one seems to have had "love and compassion" and wanted the husband to suffer as little as possible and thus the drugging plot. This woman needs counselling so that she can heal, she doesn't need hanging or jailing.

Let me try my hand at cynicism also;- Yeah, this woman needs a medal, a big one. She was such a loving wife who could not sit idly by and suffer ridicule and dishonour by the community around just because the dishonourable husband and a little girl who only works at an mpesa kiosk are cheating on her, a whole Mwalimu - a headmistress no less. This is in fact a honour killing. Even the hired executioners should be let go since they were brought into the honour enterprise by the loving wife. A deserving husband should quickly emerge and take her hand in marriage. Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic
