and finally they have folded... closed their social media pages and website. calls not going through. Hope no Wazuan was affected

Who were the Directors?

This property things are a serious scam waiting to explode.

There is a clip going round on Gakuyo Real and his Ekeza Sacco and am very very afraid for the investors.Once one goes down then we expect others to follow on quick succession.

How prophetic...
Saccos generally survive on INFLOW and Property plus the upward self-valuation of shares to show Growth. The first warning sign is when outgoing members cannot get their money promptly!

In other words, inflow compromised just a bit, dead assets can't service normal liquidity, then everyone starts rushing for Sacco exit - BOOM!
