You need to move to the relevant court registry in this case High court and per constitution 2010( in whichever form) but practice by Notice of motion and certificate of urgency to have matter dispensed off immediately. This ordinarily will always gain audience.it one of the major gains we got from constitution 2010 matters are looked now at substance over form and you can do it .By the way you don't need an advocate to essentially do this and you can self represent yourself if you feel,believe or think the current one is 'compromised'
