Your trusted mech should be able to do this service, most cars do not have drain plugs on the ATF sump so the service would involve taking out the whole ATF sump pan, draining it, cleaning it, installing a new ATF filter (if your car has one) and replacing the sump gasket(silicon may also work) then refitting the sump pan and finally putting in the new oil through the ATF dipstick pipe.
