Indeed it is. But its a bit hard to turn a blind eye from the fact that there is a problem in our society..and our journalists as well!

I would love to hear the details too.It looked suspicious.

Who was the friend who got hurt in the accident and how is he/she fairing.

Sad how he left at a young age.

The friends had already been dropped off at their respective homes. What baffles me is how this guy allegedly shot himself TWICE. The sound, agonizing pain and trauma of the gunshot would be too much for anyone to even think of having a second attempt (in quick succession) at taking their own life.
Just doesnt add up.

While rare, suicide by multiple gunshot wounds is indeed possible.

A quick Google search led me to a medical article on a fellow who managed to shoot himself three times with a shotgun before succumbing to his injuries.

This story doesn't add up at all, either whoever wrote it was drunk, or the mother is lying.

It's not unusual in Kenya for people to commit suicide twice.
According to the former Govt Pathologist;Jason Kaviti, Robert Ouko shot himself in the head then poured petrol and put himself on fire.
