I've noticed over time that certain functions in SME are better outsourced. And my list says IT, Legal, Audit, Cleaning, Messenger, and now HR.
I've come to realise these days many HR companies offer services where they basically send someone to your office once a week to sort out HR manual, leave procedures, objectives setting & review, and people emergencies. That added to the benefit of sourcing candidates for your core business from their CV pool.
And they definitely have much more experience than a recent graduate. Worth considering, you think...
