Safaricom smile

Safaricom is a big company, but i think the 887 Billion market valuation is a little too much. It only makes 30 Billion profit for a company.

I think Equitel and finally take-off of internet banking poses a long-term risk.

This is just my opinion, might be misguided. Safaricom at 880B market valuation is on a higher side, makes me uncomfortable.

Sanlam

a company can also go under with your money never trust keeping everything in one entity ,divide 10m into four parts and gamble your options however you can put everything in government money instruments and go to sleep comfortably

Sanlam share at 20

CI
Current IFB

I just think that I miss this trading window when NSE stocks are trading at all-time lows. I see less than 8 months buying window.

Its been a really long time since my last post, but i am glad to be posting again 😊

The NSE is trading at all time lows, instead of buying another property i am looking investing in a 10M portofolio.

After which i can exit after 3-4 yrs and continue with other investment ventures..

This purely a retirement fund, no rush to harvest.....

Mainly interested in a high growth defensive stocks, a maximum of 5 to begin with.

Any heads up!!

Thanks//

consider Real Estate Equity investments with Cytonn, guaranteed returns of 25%+

I have just exited an Equity fund, i want more control and handle in investing my retirements...start with Kenya and eventually venture to 6 other African Countries.

Basically, I am creating a foundation of an African stock portfolio starting with Kenya.
More monies, more problems...

Young would have come to your aid but unfortunately he made too much money in stocks and property and retired .
