Its been a really long time since my last post, but i am glad to be posting again 😊

The NSE is trading at all time lows, instead of buying another property i am looking investing in a 10M portofolio.

After which i can exit after 3-4 yrs and continue with other investment ventures..

This purely a retirement fund, no rush to harvest.....

Mainly interested in a high growth defensive stocks, a maximum of 5 to begin with.

Any heads up!!

Thanks//

a company can also go under with your money never trust keeping everything in one entity ,divide 10m into four parts and gamble your options or else you can put everything in government money instruments and go to sleep comfortably

Careful. Be very careful. There's nothing guaranteed but death and taxes. Good luck in the longer-term.

Welcome back. This is Kenya and nothing has changed so go for the traditional stocks that foreigners love.

With that I would get SAFCOM; EABL; KCB; EQT; KK; and one of the energy companies.

If it was me. I would buy one of the tax free bonds that Maka educates us about then use the proceeds to buy stocks.
YMMV...

Oops! just re-read title of your message. You want a 3 year portfolio.
Why 3 years?

I personally would not go after stocks at this point with the whole amount unless I was planning for longer-term.

Thanks Wazuans, it is nice to be back.

I am now leaning towards KCB, EQB, KENGEN, EABL and KPLC.

I will let you know once the orders are executed.
