I put in 100k in this thing and have been trading it successfully. Most of the times raking 20%-4% weekly Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

Migaa also facing stiff competition from Tatu City, next door neighbour. Tatu does not have a golf course but their pragmatic approach, using developers and industrialists is attracting investors in droves. Life is short. Live passionately.

My estimation on how long it will take HAL to sell a critical mass of Migaa plots / houses, get investors for the proposed sports complex and earn recurring income from golf green fees. The usual maturity period for such projects is 8-15 yrs but Migaa is struggling for funds. Life is short. Live passionately.

Closed at all time low at KES 1.00 Will this be the first stock to trade below parity at NSE? $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

Silently HAFR prints an all time low of 95cts intraday. Has any stock traded below parity? The day range was KES 0.95 - 1.05. This finally demystifies the myth that ATS can't permit trades below parity. This has been one hell of a money destruction stock $15/barrel oil... Actually the 95cts print was made on January 26 2017.
Meanwhile as HAFR prints 95cts this happens.
