I love it, I love it!! Unfortunately, we'll run all these planned developments down with our greed. It's either will build concrete fences that doesn't go well with run-off during rainy season or we'll do stuff done in Buruburu. I'm waiting to see how things will pan-out after 20 years of existence. Watching Greenspan keenly, now this one.

This is one I have not visited.
But Greenpark looks lime it was built in a swamp....

However I love the Greenpark's Soundowner hotel...landed there the last month's holiday.
