Before they do that, the "family" should do the normal things Kenians do by treating us to a full TV Series of who is biologically sired by whom, and who married who when and so on.

Are loans not insured....?

But I guess since he was in default, maybe they will not be paid.Plus I guess companies have perpetual life so should continue paying.

Those loans will make a difference to the bottom line of some banks.

crisis in the sugar industry is similar to a crisis in the alcohol industry - very optional things we kinda feel are important but are not!

TSS was very wealthy.

A quarter of Lamu was his and relatives, if there people who reaped billions from SGR compensation its him, I spent time in Mombasa and for several years I stayed in his rental properties, on just this properties alone, he would averagely make 25M per month.

Good guy.

Allegations that he funded MRC, and paid bails for terrrorists have never been proven.

They once took a 5 billion loan from a bank, using a title deed that was to be revoked by Uhunye.

This loan was with NIC.. Sad

They had been trying to enforce the personal guarantee to get their money back but now that just became a lot harder.

There guys are up to their eyeballs in debt, and they haven't paid anyone. Apparently the kids are useless and spend all the money on holidays and rubbish.
