I beg to differ. The positive change has been tremendous. You can query, bid, buy, pay, settle, etc from your bedside.
They are now sending out statements and tax receipts pronto!
The front desk is manned and fully functional for the 'analogue' clients.
Info on Upcoming offers, running offers, results etc is very visible (via website, newspapers, social media)
The telephone manners however....... There are yards of space for improvement

How and from where?

Strange happenings in the bill/bond market. Seems very little money is going into paper for the last 4 or 5 weeks. How long will CBK hold rates, or will they have to raise eventually?

Is my maths right Bw. Ebenyo:
With 1.5M to spare
13.5/100=0.135
0.135/12=0.01125
0.01125x0.9=0.010125
0.010125 x 1500000 =15,187.5 per month
182,250 per annum
911,250 in five years

Tax on interest income for 5 year bond is 15% and not 10%. Your return is slightly lower than what you show here
