Dear Wazuans,

I lent a lady some cash. She has so far paid like 10 % of the amount.

Lakini sasa hiyo ingine ni kama anataka kulipa in kind.

How can I make her pay me back my cash without giving in to hii temptation...d'oh!

I need tangible ideas please...

Go ask her when you are with your wife or girlfriend.

The only 'tangible' idea is to take her offer otherwise you might lose everything.
Make sure you do a good job mpaka she asks for a refund.

So, how do you negotiate the 'in kind'?
Eg. 1 deed time is what %percentage payment?

BBI will solve it

Kwani repaying a loan and landing are mutually exclusive?? Give her a good landing and she will repay the money owed with a smile.

If you "waste" her time, you will never see her or your money again smile

This is the best advice you have received so far. If you do the landing very well, you will get both your money and unending landing rights

Caution though; if you are too good, then you will have a problem getting her off your back. A friend I know had to change his number to keep off a fish that got too excited.

Wazuans! I am disappointed...what appalling advice, telling the guy to munch! You eat you can forget the money. You wont see a single cent. Landing is landing and money is money. Weka sura ya kazi na uitishe pesa yako bwana. Don't mix biz and pleasure. In any case, not all ladies are edible (as in appealing enough) depending on one's tastes.

Hiyo hapana...you gotta respect money otherwise it becomes most difficult to hold on to it. I know how a man would be thinking in a scenario like this, and he would think he has a free pass, that she would present herself and he would hit it all night, and that he would get it any old time he wants, that she would bend over backwards, pull every trick to sexually please him. The reality is much colder; First, she will make him chase her just a little bit, make it seem like it is his idea...then she will let him have her for all of 5 minutes, then she will push him off, pull on her ngothas and straighten her skirts, pretend there is urgent business to be attended to -up and goes. The dude will be left high and dry, the proffered payment in kind not commensurate with the money owed; he will be left feeling high and dry, conned -cause thats what exactly has happened. And the recourse to getting the money will be gone now. Gone! Don't fall for this shit man. Get the money.
