Boss do you know how many planes have had issues since start of December?You know it costs more paying for hotels...etc zero sum game.
@maka not sure about the number of planes that have had issues, but I am happy that the uplift of passengers is steady.. HOTAC is a necessary evil in your line of trade
HOTAC wipes out everything my friend.Bad reputation too especially when there is no strategic communnication to protect it. There is an incident that led to an air turn back which was only communicated by KQ after pictures of emergency procedures on board the aircraft was circulated on social media.
Ngunze's fleet rationalization was ill-informed. I am waiting for the new CEO in earnest. Very interested in what he is going to do with the two B777 rotting in JKIA.
The new COO from KLM seems he was sent to come and supervise the death of KQ. I have not seen any serious change since he took over.
