The fibre guys normally put their own wifi router when they connect you so you dont need to buy one, unless you want to increase signal coverage. I have a TP Link wireless N router that I bought hapo karibu Jamia mosque though cant remember building name. There are many many shops selling routers there. Buy a "wireless N router" since it has a stronger signal and higher speed. I bought mine to increase range of the zuku fibre one since signal was weak in some rooms upstairs.

Google map location of building: -1.282468, 36.820872

Mostly the provider will come with their own. If not, I'd advise for the TP Link range. I've used the TL-MR3420 for over 5years now bila wasiwasi.
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Thanks. The provider has asked us to get the router ourselves. Where can I shop for the TL-MR3420?

How does TL-MR3420 compare to TL-WR940N.
I am torn between these two. I was thinking of getting myself the three antenae (TL-MR3420 4G LTE) in the belief that it's stronger, but I now note that on the other hand the TL-MR3420 is said to be both 3g & 4g and adjusts automatically to optimise on signal available.
A quick analysis will do for me.
Someone please
