I dont think that will happen anytime soon.
Unless something drastic like fall in earnings or regulations shift.
The current price of 19 is a buy.I dont see it touching below 18.

It is an interesting conversation you guys have here. The question is "can safaricom attain a price of 14-15". let us see probabilities on the chart and try to derive if scom can or not.

yes. a small down leg to around 17.5(check above chart + disclaimer) and then hopefully another impulse wave to
possible targets
1= 23
2= 24.5
3= 28.5
4= around 35(most ambitious)
