What is a "good salary" in Kenya?

Most teachers and police men have put up houses costing less than 300K 4.I'm not disputing the fact that someone can put up a house with a salary of 50k, but I'm disputing the fact that a person with an income of 50k can service a loan of 1.5 mirrion If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
