That has been there since last 2014 when Two Rivers Mall stalled and they had to be bailed out by Old Mutual Properties.
The projects Centum is undertaking are too capital intensive for its size and magnitude yet the employees and directors are fleecing the company
Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation
Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

Never their method of funding wasn't going to work.
They wanted pension schemes to contribute towards its share of ksh.50bn
