The storm is past. All is clear. Pheeew!!!! I ran 5 miles today. I need my body in good shape to fight evil thoughts, pepo mbaya!! The thoughts have subsided but just to be sure I will avoid to see or talk to my friend or his wife for about a year or two. He is not exactly a close friend, he is someone I know through someone, so I think I will do just fine. Sitaki shida na bibi za wenyewe.

It was actually a thrilling and mentally confusing experience. A strong, innocent, beautiful feeling of attraction mixed with an equally strong sense of wrong and danger. I felt like a tight rope walker!! Exhilarating!!
