They "know people" and act as errand boys for the fixers and politicians- 5%. 7.Me 5% (You are just used as a conduit and can be dispensed with or substituted easily. Does that apply when you have supplied air?

The only wrong thing is being arrested. But with compromised judiciary, "sullendered" president, and "eating" police... the definition is complete.
