So say I pull a tender and get paid 100M.

How is the loot shared? Who gets what? How much am I left with in the end?

Are you looking for the laws of corruption proceeds distribution?

Well, for an outsider, the best way I'd go about your question is by developing a 'world model' of corruption test it on a simulator then come up with distribution approximations, then test till I get the best approximations. Which is quite tedious.

So I'll let @alma to answer from personal experience.

Depending with your experience in looting, you might end up with nothing or you retain at least 30%. But @Harrydre can confirm!

2.Finance guys 10%
3.Internal audit guys 10%
4.Treasury guys 10%
5.Political connected guys - who are these?
6.Procurement cartels - false excuses, who are these?
7.Elected Leaders 30%
8.Me 30%

Usually 20 to 40℅. You should ensure the sum total is well inflated so that your share is palatable.

NO!

Like this:

1.Procurement guys 10%
2.Finance guys 10%
3.Internal audit guys 10%
4.Treasury guys 10%
5.Politicians & Political fixers (wrong numbers if you know what I mean)- 50%
6.Procurement cartels - false excuses, who are these? These are wheeler dealers in social places with three phones driving Toyota VX's but report to no particular office. They "know people" and act as errand boys for the fixers and politicians- 5%.
7.Me 5% (You are just used as a conduit and can be dispensed with or substituted easily.
