Access Kenya postponed AGM

What's happening here? Is it true that they are experiencing cashflow problems? Why else would they postpone dividends and what was driving the counter yesterday?

I think a buy-out is imminent... Just my gut feeling...

BTW, dividends are generally paid AFTER the approval in an AGM... thus the 'postponement' of the dividend...

buyouts are always good for shareholders, unless the buyer decides to strip assets, which Access has none anyways.
