TOKYO, Japan (WCMH) – A patient passing gas during surgery may have sparked a fire that caused her serious burns.
The Asahi Shimbun newspaper reported that the fire happened on April 15 at the Tokyo Medical University Hospital. A patient was undergoing an operation that involved using a laser on her cervix, the paper reported. A report released by the hospital indicated no other flammable materials were in the room during the surgery. “When the patient’s intestinal gas leaked into the space of the operation (room), it ignited with the irradiation of the laser, and the burning spread, eventually reaching the surgical drape and causing the fire,” the report said. I though people fart CO2 how come she released methane ?kwani yeye anatoa cowdung  If he farted CO2, s/he should have put off the fire If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Haha... CO2 Huwa inatoka wapi? Your stomach and intestines are not respiring All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

A typical fart is composed of about 59 percent nitrogen, 21 percent hydrogen, 9 percent carbon dioxide, 7 percent methane and 4 percent oxygen. Only about one percent of a fart contains hydrogen sulfide gas and mercaptans, which contain sulfur, and the sulfur is what makes farts stink.
