It is apparent that fighting corruption constitutionally wont work in kenya it simply is a game of musical chairs and when the music stops, dear wanjiku is left standing, since everyone involved has done their part and cant be blamed.

To the president, why cant you just declare a state of emergency and issue an executive order suspending the constitution where corruption is involved, then set up set up an independent institution with investigative, prosecutorial and judging powers who will derive their authority from the executive order as opposed to the constitution, this will bypass the supposed hurdles the president was talking about at the summit.

Unless something of this sort is done, the president is not sincere about fighting corruption, he has the power to do this but he wont

The so called MBA's have faulted H.E. Pombes approach to the war against incompetence and corruption in TZ. Other wazuans have rightly argued that it would be impossible H.E. Pombe to pull such stunts in Kenya. Why?....meza mate kidogo (no pun)..

ANSWER: I don't understand this question...it is an ambiguous question...i can easily answer that my housegirl failed to prepare breakfast on time for my kids and that is why they were late to catch the school bus and correctly answer this question.

ANSWER1: It stops at EACC and Halake Waqo has investigated and delivered many lists albeit rarely. However, Halake has not been doing a good job educating Kenyans on corruption as well as investigating counties and corporates (e.g., It took deloitte to expose the scam at KQ)

ANSWER 2: It stops at the Presidency. H.E. The President of Kenya fired all those in government who were mentioned. Others like Waiguru fired themselves.

ANSWER 3: The office DPP and Judiciary. A week or so ago a former MP and her husband were sentenced for eating CDF money. The DPP and Judicial system have to send more of these thieves to the gallows.

ANSWER 4: Finally, the buck also stops with you and me. I personally have made a decision to queue and wait for my time in government offices and not give kitu kikubwa to government officers or cops at the roadblock

ANSWER: The AG conceded that the Judiciary has let Kenyans down in this war. They (judiciary) even suggested as way of making amends - the setting up of a special court complete with live TV coverage to expedite cases.(I hope CJ Magara will push for this)

I am also confused why the judiciary, the DPP are not expediting the cases and delivering verdicts (guilty or not guilty) as stipulated in our overated constitution 2010 which some quarters of the political divide deem as their "legacy"...their gift to Kenyans.
