2007 elections was a fraud to Kenyan people...and the court rulings against the vote fraudstars reveals the urgency of a new constitution ...to ensure that it never occurs again.....Im not sure if the opposers of the Draft understands this ....How will it be in 2012 if we will not have a new constitution?

Let's be sober :

As an investor ....ask yourself ....what will the NSE index be in September 2012..... if we will not have a new constitution?
