Image Registrars not paying me Dividends...

Anyone here working for image? Else, I need the CMA contact details for lodging a complaint against them. Kindly supply contacts.

They have played cat and mouse with my KenGen divs for over 3yrs! Anyone with similar experience, esp those abroad?

Just last week, I emailed them demanding an explanation as to why the money has not finally been deposited in my account by April 10th as they promised on March 9th, when I surprised them at their offices. Am back abroad and they know it.

It is now time to raise a stink and a ruckus.

I have an issue with them also i havent received my Mumias dividends for last 2009.For 2008 i had to go to their offices severally meaning this year i am about to go there again.
It's easy for investors to get emotional and prejudiced when trading, but computers don't

I also had to go to their office to pick my mumias div cheque for 2009. I asked why they had not posted it as they always do and they claimed that they did and had been returned to them... ofcourse i didnt believe them coz i had been receiving using the same address ...

Yes, I realized they hide behind the postal services with the standard answer, "we sent the cheques to your address!" Tired of this cheap scam, I signed an authorization for them to deposit the money in my bank account directly. They said the money would be paid in 30 days i.e, by 9th April. That did not happen and emails have gone unanswered.

Nxt step is to call them as well as send someone to their office and then lodge a complaint with CMA.

The CMA/NSE cleaned up the brokers but forgot the registrars!

Waaaaawa! I just called Image to demand an explanation and imagine what, the lady dealing with KenGen Diana, flatly told the receptionist she is not taking the call, she wud rather respond to the email! Ngai fafa!

@Memi and Agra.

Did u finally get ur dividends? Let me know so that if not we can sort them out jointly.

MR. Kibet, your public relation is good, Iam a victim of the same, i have never received any of my dividends for Kengen and equity bank. i will use this address info@image.co.ke and hope that this will be sorted out once and for all.

I have issues with my MSC and TPSEA dividends and I sent a mail yesterday.Can I suggest you acknowledge received email otherwise we will not know if you have received them?

That email address you provided is the same that I used without any reply! I talked to your KenGen clerk last on Monday and she assured me Image will deposit the funds in my account by the end of tomorrow. Will wait and see.

Interestingly, she said you were waiting for the funds to come from KenGen. I thought these being dividends from over 3yrs ago, the money would be in your own custody! Fib or Fact?

I havent received my dividends yet that lady dealing with Mumias told that i have to wait for the cheques to returned from posta but i have received dividends from cmc and carbacid during the same period.But i am going to try with Kibet.

Maybe the guy who does the posting of the dividend cheques does not buy stamps??
What amazes me about the dividend cheques is that
I will receive the annual reports but not the dividend cheques.Why is this?

Kibet are you still with Image? I have written several emails with no help at all.
