I have tried so much guidance, from Microsoft troubleshoot, online free services, open office, and free soft ware downloads. The one which worked was an online demo. It open about 10 pages then asked me to pay us&40 to get the rest opened. I was abit hesitant to use my card online so I decided to seek local assistance first. I even talked to east African data handlers but its like they only deal in recovery of lost data not corrupt files. I tried following the Microsoft help but since im not an IT person, may be I did not follow instructions keenly. Whats the best way from there?
