1) It reduces GoK's influence to less than 50% [Ideally even to 0%]
2) It is sold at a discount to the current price so I can buy a cheap stock at an even cheaper price.

In all fairness, I doubt a Rights Issue is on the books for the next 2 years.

Im targeting to join this ship this month.I have waited for it to come to 17.00 for so long and it seems i wont realise it.I now want to join at 19.00.Hopefully i will get it.
