Shouldn't these results be given to us in Kenya Shillings given that it's trading in KES?

No. Their primary listing is USE with a cross-listing on NSE. They report in local currency just as the Kenyan companies cross-listed on the Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwandan exchanges report in KES.

Thanks for clarification. It seems they have similar headaches over there for those who know what a stock market is and are invested in kenyan cross listed companies.
