Hello people,
When selling land, what is the acceptable commission to pay the land agents? Factoring in the fact they have other sub agents, and cartels to cater for?

A follow up question, when selling land, who pays the stamp duty and legal fees? The buyer or the seller?

Commission range 2% - 5%. Five if it's those hard-to-sell properties.

Stamp duty on transfer is paid by buyer. Legal fees depend. Are you both using same lawyer or each has their own ?
