Its often the norm in this country that, when there is an IPO and the public (wananchi) is being invited to 'share the good things and have a piece of the pie'.. theres often a private calibre (wenyenchi) that have had their fair share of 'the good' and are now throwing it to the masses....

Nothing much... just the usual Annual returns last five years, prospectus, expected growth rate next five years, how OLD is the company.. is it a blue chip or one of these silicon valley bubble burst kinda firms...etc etc???
