Pardon my ignorance.....but what's the difference between you buying the salon, and you buying the equipment and looking for a suitable place to set up a salon/kinyozi?

Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't..

A running salon has st least some 'clients'to begin with (is it goodwill) unlike starting out a new one. However,if i fail to get a running one I will start a new salon. Thanks.

Okay...,but on the clients part,we often go to the salon not coz of the salon itself but more coz of the salonist her/himself,so whatever way you choose to go(buy or let),you can always poach the best salonists from the area, and clients will definately follow them. I never personally walk into a salon especially the Estate ones without first finding out how the salonists are! some of them are a recipe for disasterSad

A friend of mine has a salon &Kinyozi behind Equity Donholm, and she tells me business isnt very bad those sides. she's now hitting her 6th Month in the biz.
