Qstn: When Rudisha was doing his 800m jana his coach Br. Colm O'Connel was was right here in Kenya in Iten, haiya si I thought they (coaches) accompany them?

And his wife was in Eld distributing food to some chokoras - these are the 2 most deserving that should have escorted Rudisha to Rio should they have wanted to go - makes one really angry that there are some useless Nock jammas n clandes who went under the Kenyan team and are busy living it up on Rio beaches/bitches...nkt

Rudisha, hope Kemboi and Kiprop deliver, but Rudisha is an olympic 800m legend.

With 3 gold medals and finalists in the steeplechase,1500M,Marathon ,400M Hurdles and Yego in the javelin how many gold medals could we be looking at by the end of the games.

Fingers crossed for 3 more Golds. Although our 5000M team should watch a replay of Faith Kiyegon skinning Dibaba to get tips of how to defeat Mo Farah.

I suspect Dibaba has not had access to the same doping regimen she had in 2015. How else do you explain that in 2015 she set records and won race in the 3:55 range and finished with a last 800m of 1:57. Yet this year she has not won any notable races and Kipyegon passed her in the last lap as if she was standing still?

Either she lost her doping supply after her coach (Jamaa Aden ) was busted or she has been targeted for more stringent dope testing.

Either way her up and down performance from year to year is highly suspect. It will not surprise me if in 2017 she goes back to running 3:55 in every race.

Let me tell you my story.

I was having one of those Donald Trump hair days. Kastima kakakatika I had to go give my money to kenya power no lights but candles company.

I decided to just turn on the TV and the race had begun.

You know that sinking feeling where you are like, ok shit is real...Nothing is working in your life then you are just about to watch another Dibaba destroy a Kenyan.

That's how I felt until I the last 300m.

This lady just made my day and week. I smiled.

Never give up she said and she just blasted the rest of the field.

While Rudisha is all about - practise - be the best you can be
While Kemboi is all about - your mind - you ain't too old
While Kiprop is all about - talent - God gave it to you, use it
While Vivian is all about - consistency - keep doing what you are good at
While Consesus Kipruto is all about - handing over - train the young

This young lady is all about CLASS. Damn didn't she just wipe the hell out of that field. Goes down as my best moment in the olypics.

FAITH KIPYEGON we uko njuuu njuuu njuu saiti.

Ezekiel Kemboi has announced his retirement from athletics having won a bronze which is subject to confirmation having steped out of track in the 4th lap. Kipruto takes over in style having won a gold and a new Olympics record.

Gold medal number four secured as the winning tradition in the men's steeplechase going back to Mexico 1968, with the exception of the boycotted games in 1976 and 1980 is maintained.

That Evan Jager is no joke. Last year he ran a race in which he was soundly beating the 3 top Kenyans. But he fell at the last hurdle for Jairus Birech to pass him. So I knew he was a threat. Thank goodness for Conseslus.
