I just read an article about SUPKEM banning DSTV from parts of NE. If they start now what about after Katiba is passed and say they can administer the KADHI courts ruling. This is fire burning in a grass field

I told you guyz that NE and coast will soon be under Sharia. since they are predominantly Muslim and we will go Northern Nigerian Way.

"The move was quickly supported by the Supkem head office, which promised to extend the ban to other towns in the province."

Let's be fair to our Muslims brothers. If SUPKEM's take is no to DStv then that's not a ban. My church says no to condoms too but I don't agree with that.

BBI will solve it

@2012

There is a world of diffence between discouraging, which is what the church, especially Cathoilic has done, and BANNING/OUTLAWING which is what the Muslim organisations are doing in parts of Kenya!!!
Reports indicate that they already shut some of the joints??

This points to use of force - no one can shut your business and you clap for them!

You will also agree that, if you went to your church with a packet full of condoms, nobody would wage war on you.
In other words the church only advises, then the matter is entirely left to their flock to indivindualy decide without any coercion.
No militancy.

@2012, does your church march to the nearest brothel or changaa joint and close it. did the church ever BAN condoms?
the Arabs have a proverb - "beware of the Camel's Nose." Remember a wedge is thin at its point but it can split open a whole tree trunk. the mexicans have a saying - "with enough patience and saliva an elephant can **** an ant!"

Did SUPKEM really ban foota? My understanding is that they banned those halls that show DSTV coz they show pornographic programmes at other times and thus eroding morals.I think up to there they have a point.

Let's not forget that unlike Christians muslims are very legalistic and will follow what their religious leaders tell them
