Is it really safe to travel that long distance without a police escort?

Akso do we dotted petrol stations along the stretch between Isiolo and Moyale?

Do we even have dotted shopping centers along the stretch?

Really? I thought its a road of sorts but cannot really figure out its purpose , Im talking of the side where UK relocated the gate to his residence recently on your way to the Total petrol station.
