My target has been 23. Once we get there then I'll evaluate the right side of the cartoon again on the direction and targets.

Safaricom is set to bill the government Sh9.2 billion for construction of the communication and surveillance system for the National Police Service.

The payment is to be spread over the next five years, with the amounts set to be booked as revenue.

Safaricom said the Sh9.2 billion revenue is based on percentage of completion, indicating that it could bill the government to the tune of Sh10 billion once the project is complete.

“The percentage of completion is determined based on work done compared to the estimated costs to completion,” the report reads.
Safaricom also noted in the report that no profit or loss has been recognised as none is deemed at this point.

If there is one area you cannot criticize the DJ is on how to pick his investments.

Did you mean "how to shaft investors?" Because DJ gets somewhere with majority shareholding and manipulates the investments/stocks/company/business and when he leaves reality checks in.

Anyway he makes money where he goes and some fellows benefit with him while others are left holding feathers.

Am I crazy to have added at 19.8? Been thinking each high from 7 was the ceiling and lost out. With a prior average of 5.5 guess can afford to delve in, and with longterm and dividends in mind, will buy till my average is 13
