The funniestd'oh! Laughing out loudly thing in that video is the woman yelling in jesus name i say stop it.Surely did she expect the officer to say "Yes i have left her alone " ?
This is calling jesus name in vain. She should have acted like her friends at least. This is normal to Kenyans, fail to take the car for a chekup and say jesus will take us there and so many other stuff, did our president ask the pope to pray for corruption.
Ni Kenyan peculiar habit .

That's why this video was posted to question the ideology of using christ name even when it's well known for christ to have nothing to do with this violence .Laughing out loudly .You need to understand how some wazuans minds work here .some are good at hiding hidden messages and you gotta be smart to get decode the message ....Laughing out loudly

Congolese Singer Koffi Olomide has been jailed for a year for assaulting a female dancer in Kenya, reports indicate.
The Rhumba maestro was arrested on Tuesday at his home in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
It was reported that he was taken to court shortly after and charged with the crime. He was found guilty and sentenced to a year in jail.

Olomide denied assaulting one of his dancers identified as Pamela. His lawyer George Wajackoyah also accused police of manhandling the musician.

The singer apologised in a Facebook post on Monday, terming the incident a "moment of madness".
He has faced widespread condemnation and outrage since the video of the incident at JKIA was shared on social media.
Kenyans on Twitter called for his immediate arrest and deportation after the assault.

Justice is not one sided - it's 2 sided. That is what we miss. Was there an accuser? Was there a victim? did the victim testify? Did he take a plea? I have a feeling alikuwa anatafutwa that is why they had a kangaroo court to fry him. That is not swift justice - that is witchhunting/political. A crime needs an accuser.

Masukuma at it again. Posting for the sake of being contrarian and ending showing he is ill-informed.

You are completely wrong. Crime does not need an accuser. It just needs a witness or evidence. What if the accuser is incapacitated or too scared to press charges?

There are many cases where a person is charged even when the accuser refuses to testify or press charges. This is especially the case for domestic abuse.

Why would you need an accuser when the event was captured on video and happened in front of a dozen witnesses?
