Like there is this land Maina Kageni keeps pushing. You buy a 50 × 100 piece and green house for 900k and "they" manage the agri business for you all the way to the market while you do nothing and simply go for you 600k every harvest - two harvests per year. And Maina says very nicely that you will get your money back in three harvests (One and a half years!)

Now, tell me, who is so stupid to sell you a piece of land and manage everything for you and you end up making all your money back in one and a half years?? Why can't he keep the land, farm for himself and keep all the money???
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
