does any wazuan know if this land was affected by the cracks(or was it a crater) that has developed along mai mahiu/naivasha/narok road.
The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.

This is very interesting... launching Phase II,

@Wendz,
3 questions,
1. Have you secured the titles and paid teh necessary taxes? have the sub-leases being issued.
2. has the infrastructure began, i.e feeder roads, plot demactaion?, or are on belief?
3. Would you buy into this without seeing any commercial risk undertaken by the parent company (i.e in regards sub division, etc etc)? or are u selling your 2 acres @14mio?

ignorance is the mother of all disasters, an acre in mai mahiu is going for 350k,landnext to the hell gate is almost value less

Half acre going for 4m at Longonot gates. It's not just about a plot, it's the package, buying into the golf gated community!

The promoters of the 2,400-acre serviced-plot project said they had completed putting in place basic infrastructure such as security, access roads, and bore holes to allow for the commencement of construction.

In a bid to attract investors, the management has, in the past six months, graded access roads linking the facility to Mai Mahiu and Moi South Lake roads, dug bore holes, and constructed a 14 kilometre electric fence around the property.

Isn't Mt longonot a seismic active area? Any1 with a recent seismic report? what are the implications of an active mt Longonot on this project. Lava flow direction simulations if an eruption happens?pyroclastic clouds if they occur would they be cast over these residences?

Mt Longonot is a dormant stratovolcano. It will never erupt again- because of the effect of the Great rift valley left on its crater

If Longonot was to ever erupt, even Nairobi would not be safe.

How people paid 6M for 1/2 with no infrastructure in place is amazing.

When someone tried from a church in parklands told me that I can't be ripped off because the directors were born again
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

In 2013, a client sent me to the proposed development to carry out a valuation for her so that she could take out some loan. I went, visited the site and after a thorough analysis, i realized that the purpoted sellers of the development just wanted to dispose off the land. I advised the lady client not to buy the 1/2 acre at 5.4 million.........the lady was these ladies in their 40s who had recently jetted back from abroad, driving a very sleek car and speaking some very nicely flavored, ''you know wharram saying''......she was drunk as i handed her the report. after i explained to her that the project was not feasible, alinitusi sana.....she told me am so young and unprofessional and that i know nothing. in fact she called my boss and reported me that i was acting unprofessionally...........am sure, she is sober at the moment and regrets why she never took my advice. Ole wake!!

It is always darkest before daylight.... They've just recruited a new CEO, a very experienced real estate developer (with lots of experience from USA) and his priority is to complete the Longonot gates project before embarking on the Makuyu one. I managed to get one of the last remaining 1/2 acre plots in the Naivasha gardens. Let's see what happens.

There is a time the company used to make good money...unfornately the saved,God fearing directors would take like 70m from the companies account and invest it somewhere else. As long as the old owners are still in place, with their old habits ,no amount of experience or exposure from USA can change the system. He is just an employee under instructions from the saved directors

I guess your problem is with saved people. Were you saved at one point in your life and backslide?
