Hello wazuas, I would like ideas from the experience members please.
I have a plot in Tassia measuring 66 by 66 and its fenced, as its sitting idle not bringing in any money I would like to build semi permanent structure so I can earn at least 40 to 60k a month. the area has sewage and water connected already.
I was advised of mabati structure but again I was told authority won't allow it but I see already other building near that area with mabati structures.
I'm open to sensible ideas. Thanks

depending on your budget ...you may decide to buy some containers one 40ft (320k) one 20ft (200k) put them on one side which will leave you with 6ft - divide the 40ft container into 4 or 5 bedsiters and the 20ft 2 or 3 bedsittets insulate n paint them - raise them using kokoto to save on koroga .... if successful do the same with the remaining space ... then laugh all the way to the bank ... for containers checkout "containers kenya" on facebook

It depends with your financial situation and need. You want 40-60 k per month return from the plot. How much do you have at hand to develop the plot to bring the said return?
If you dont have any money for development, you can lease the plot to individuals people who will put up temporary structures at their expense and pay you monthly rate at an agreed price.

The "containers Kenya" page on facebook has photos of similar projects they have done ... check them out ... then pay them a visit and they may link you up with existing projects ... the other good thing about containers is that if the demand is high you can wekelea them as gorofa and in future you can keep moving them around to new properties ... once you get enough money to put up more permanent structures
