nice project,well marketed.
but i think the govt should have a long/medium term strategy to control development in areas fertile agricultural areas of the country. am sure that land once had coffee bushes.
just imagine if every kenyan resided in tillable land then all we were left with was arid land.

Have you guys checked the website for thika greens of late. Based on what is on the ground i am now convinced these is a serious project by professionals. For those who were talking of PK you'll now be able to see the directors (pictures) plus you can interact with them if you like. www.thika-greens.co.ke
However, it seems this project will take quite sometime before its complete (min.7 years), if one is thinking of a retirement home, then you can start early and by then you will be in an equivalent of muthaiga ie. phase 2 & 3.
