For access to the common market... Lazima they accept
The free movement of goods.
The free movement of services and freedom of establishment.
The free movement of persons (and citizenship), including free movement of workers.
The free movement of capital.

Kwa ufupi what they wanted to escape

They should have opted to stay so that they can influence policy.

They are not democrats. They are the kind who force their opinions (even war) on you even if you don't want and there is nothing they want you to do about it. If you use the only thing you have (your vote) they still want to have their way. This is nothing to be happy and gloat about. In other continents they are called dictators.

So you expect them to stand behind unreasonableness and watch their wealth and interests get hurt because of parochial interests? the truth is just like the law - democracy was made for man and not man for democracy.

But, Maskums, they, the elite, will really not do much for most of the same EU members are also in NATO and they do not want to antagonize such a strong pillar of NATO. They all need NATO to knock sense into heads of renegade nations as they pursue their common wealth and interests. And the UN security council of which UK is a permanent member is already a closed club where they all meet and embrace again to authorise security expeditions to acquire wealth and pursue interests.

Perhaps this thing is all just hot air for us, me and you and the rest of the holloi polloi to nit pick over. Nothing much will change, vote or no vote. We are all being played!!!

the world is not perfect. the pen of history is not yet out of ink! we are work in progress, everything is not how it is supposed to be. we need to distinguish outcome from intention. plus there is no such thing as 'elite' because it's a bell curve or a continuum. there are people at each segment - what you consider 'elite' is not what others consider 'elite'. do you know there is a guy somewhere in your shags who thinks you are the 'elite'? he will one day gather courage to ask you "your secret"... and ukiangalia you will notice you don't have "a secret".

Hence itÅ› our duty to make it accommodate all if we are indeed a work in progress and everything is not how it is supposed to be. If you are not an active participant in CFR, Trilateral Commission and such conspiratorial clubs where destiny of nations are decided wewe na wa ushago kwenu are holloi polloi. The outcomes we have all seen over the years where those resisting a certain clique of certain nations get destroyed should make their intentions clear even for you by now.
