So if one was to exclude GoK's participation, what was the Performance Rate of the "Others"?
Seems to me that "Rump Investors" saved the day though the 65% Success Rate was guaranteed with GoK's 70% ownership.

Furthermore, how many of the Entitlement & Additional shares were picked up by NSSF or other GoK affiliated entities?

Kengen Board Chairman: Kengen will need Sh 1 trillion to add 2,500MW to the national grid.

And we thought Sh 28 bn was a lot.

The performance of the rights issues exceeded expectations. 92% was a superb performance.
Now let's see how share price will perform with the additional shares.
The 2,500 MW currently is not needed by the country. Our economy is limping and alot is needed in terms of per capita consumption and industrial growth.
