As someone who has relatives in RV who have lost all their livestock to kaleo rustlers (and unable to keep any livestock due to theft, even with the jubilee marriage) this matter is something I closely identify with. And no one should be attacked for recovering or protecting their property. We must condemn this and hope the culprits will be brought to book.

You mentioned you live in Kinshasa ,well for me I live in a country where political differences between two leaders of different ethicity spills over to our relationship with our neighbor.
Relationship between leaders determines how you view someone of different ethnicity . Should you differ you are regarded as a traitor
