Given that Mumias, KQ and Uchumi are already broke, there is little to salvage save for peanuts in bailouts that will eventually go to bigger holes. KCB will be raided more easily through bad loans. Again that is just my theory, but if history is anything to go by, we are closer than ever before to that point. People don't just change. Time is money, so money is time.
