Safaricom Mall is under development and some other residential properties around there. Talking to a guy with Gimco Limited who claims to be a sales agent. Are those agents credible or a con? Anyone dealt with them before?

Exactly where is this development?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

After the kitengela junction. It is next to Everest park flats. just before the bridge to Kenya Meat Commission. Gimco and advent valuers seem to be the sale agents.

the chinese appear to be doing something around there. maybe a railway bridge.

Both everest and sunset boulevard were very well done projects but 3-4 years down the line they have never sold out. This new project is in the same neighbourhood. It will be interesting to watch how it progresses.

If I were to take a quick drive, is there something on the ground I'd see?

Not very sure i would say well done for sunset boulevard .Everest...much better than Bouleveard.went to view boulevard after heavy rains some years back and the water had brought down the wall on one side.

Crystal,if they keep the good work like that of blue bells in mlolongo, might be a better project to the above two mentioned

Everest Phase 1 was sold out a long time ago. What is available now is phase 2 still under construction.
